Mission

To provide and maintain a clean, safe, and functional learning rich environment, for all students, staff, and visitors and to have a positive impact in the lives of all.

Services and Responsibilities

The Maintenance and Custodial Departments are currently responsible for providing care for 23 facilities, totaling 312 acres of land. It is the responsibility of the Maintenance and Custodial Department to provide support of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance that contain 1,451,099 square feet of building space. The Maintenance and Custodial Departments provide technical support for staff and training for Custodial Services for the same buildings and square feet. In addition the department is responsible for providing oversight for the Integrated Pest Management Program (IPM), Asbestos, Hazardous Materials and Waste, and Safety programs.
