Illness and Injury

The TISD clinic staff provides minor first aid for students who become ill or injured at school. An emergency care contact will be notified if a child becomes ill or injured at school and needs to be picked up. It is important that parents/guardians notify the campus if the child’s medical condition or emergency contacts and/or telephone numbers change. The district follows state recommendations in regard to communicable diseases.
