Fine Arts

Temple ISD provides a comprehensive Fine Arts Program with disciplines in Music (Band, Choir, Orchestra), Dance, Theatre Arts, and Visual Arts. We offer a full range of courses in both performance and visual arts, from Pre-K through 12th grade. All courses in all disciplines are tightly aligned with TEKS (K-12) and vertically integrated to ensure our students are fully prepared for and able to thrive in each successive course level and performance.

Our Fine Arts Program provides opportunities for every student to develop their creative literacy, critical thinking, and problem solving skills through one or more Fine Arts disciplines. Students in all disciplines participate in a variety of events and activities, including UIL and other competitions, public events, and performances and shows both on our campuses and in the community.
