Aware Central Texas
Aware Central Texas mission is to prevent child abuse and family violence. We offer a number of different services to our clients in order to accomplish that mission. Our goal is to reach high-risk families before they experience any of these tragedies. One of the services that we offer is family coaching. Our family coaches help to guide families down a healthier path. The coaches work with families one on one, conduct home visit, and connect them to resources within the community. Our coaches are here to help encourage, support, and empower families along their journey. Our family coaches also act as a case manager for each of our families, which include helping families set goals and accomplish them. We currently work with CPS and many other agencies within our community. Our goal is to reach families before they become a part of the statics mentioned above. Additionally, we offer education classes such as parenting, anger management, anger management for juveniles, and mood & stress classes. We are a non-profit organizations and our family services are free for those who are in need.
