He lead the Temple Wildcats football team to two state championships, and changed countless lives along the way.
Coach Bob McQueen is proud a Temple alumni, who remains a fixture in our community, and he's being honored by the Temple Education Foundation as the 2017 Distinguished Alumni.
Join the TEF at Wildcat Stadium (415 N. 31st Street, Temple) on Saturday, November 4 to recognize Coach McQueen with a dinner and a "Roast".
The dinner will begin around 5 p.m. on the field, and individual tickets are $100. These tickets can be purchased at the Temple ISD Central Administrative Offices, 200 N. 23rd Street in Temple, or online by clicking HERE.
The "Roast" will begin around 7 p.m., and tickets for just the "Roast" are $20 and provide you access to the bleachers. These tickets will only be sold at the door.
