TISD Athletes for the 2020-2021 school year can pick up hard copies of the UIL Medical History outside the TAC (old Edwards building) Front door facing Barton Street.

***Packets will be located in a plastic tub - Please practice social distancing when on campus.

Drop off / Turn in times for Medical History are listed below:

Monday, May 18th - 4pm-6pm

Wednesday, May 20th - 11am-1pm

Wednesday, May 27th - 11am-1pm

***All paperwork will need to be turned in by the athletes or their guardian at the TAC (old Edwards building-Front door facing Barton Street)
