Campuses across Temple ISD commemorated 9/11 with a variety of events on Thursday. Every campus observed a moment of silence followed by a short statement referencing the memory of those that lost their lives that day. Multiple campuses also held Freedom Walks after programs featuring patriotic songs. Parents and grandparents also joined in for some of those events.
