On Friday, 4/22, a number of Temple High School students will compete in higher level UIL competitions.
Thespian Troupe #1966 takes the one act play 'Bug' to the Slocomb Auditorium stage at located on the San Jacinto College Central Campus at 8060 Spencer Highway in Pasadena.
The competition begins at 2pm and Temple is the second school to perform. The top two schools will advance to the state finals in Austin.
Beginning at 10:30am at Wildcat Stadium, Temple High School student athletes will compete in the UIL 5A District 17 & 18 Area Track & Field Meet.
The meet will last until around 6pm, with the top four finishers in each event advancing to the regional track meet to be held at Sam Houston State University.
