This video provides step-by-step directions for completing the Annual Online Registration in Family Access.

welcome to the tutorial for updating your annual current and new student form to begin you will go to the temple ISD website www.tvsd.org you click on the Family Access icon located toward the middle of the page on the right hand side Skyward Temple ISD Family Access screen will prompt you to enter your login ID if you do not have an ID and password please contact your student secretary  20 venture your information please click the sign in button it now reached the Skyward Family Access Landing down the middle of the page you will see the wall here you will see information and important announcement from your child's campus teacher or even the district if you have multiple students in Temple ISD you'll see that you can see all student from one account as a parent when I click on the dropdown Arrow I can then see all of my students enrolled in school and Tobias and I can look on one didn't specifically to see information about just that child if I'd like to see all my students together again I will click on the drop-down air and all students here you'll see if there is a message posted to the wall it has the students name above the message so you know which student announcement pertains to next you may want to make some changes to your account to do so quick my account in the top right-hand corner sure you can change your email address phone number address or even your notification preferences we would like you to select the Box next to receive grading emails for my student and receive progress report email for my students you can select your preference of day weekly or monthly we've seen that it is popular to choose weekly so that parents can stay on top of grade in between progress report and Report you may also want to change the language in family access to do that and make sure the box next to show Google Translate and family access is selected once you selected that box you can click save and now you have the choice to select your language click on the small dropdown arrow and select to the language that best suits you after you've selected your language you can click on me home but if you had wish to change your language or update any of your other preferences such as email address phone number or notification let's begin our annual forms on the left side of the screen you will see an icon labeled annual current in new student forms click on that here you will see all students for their campus name listed above select the that you would like to fill out the forms for make sure that you have selected the correct school year here I see that I have Willie and Wilma for 2006 2016 I'm going to choose Willie 2016-17 because that's the school year I need to fill out his order form an important message will appear about making updates to your child information to get started you will click on next in the bottom right corner of the screen  first we will verify the students in patient named birthday Etc you can also choose your preferences to allow publication of the students names for each of these different things if you would like more information about that please contact your child secretary or click the? If your questions aren't answered by reading this then contact the campus secretary who can give you more information after you're finished with this box click bx42 once you have completed all of the student information complete step one egg and move to Step One B click the icon there next we have family address please make changes to this if needed or verify to make sure it is correct once you have finished step one day and move to Step One see click the icon at the bottom of the screen next we have family information please make sure you have checked this for accuracy and made any changes as needed once you have finished click on the icon label to complete Step 1 C I move to Step One D next we have emergency information hear you list your child physician Dentist Hospital and insurance and policy please verify the information or at it if needed once you have finished please complete step one day play move to Step One sure we have emergency contacts on this screen you can only add emergency contacts if need to remove them please contact your child campus secretary to do so after you've made all changes click on complete Step 1 and move to when  next we have health information please list all health information for your student health problems next medication notes Hospital notes Vision note your notes or other health concerns you have about your student once you have completed that formation please click on the button complete stop 1s and move to step 2  next we have the military connected page if you would like to see this screen bigger click on the icon labeled view full screen please select all that apply and then sign and date if none of these things apply to your students leave the boxes blank but you must still sign and date the page once you have signed and dated and selected all that apply or maybe the ones that didn't apply you left blank you can exit full-screen when I scroll down I'll see that my information is still saved and I can complete Step 2 and move to step 3 next we have the meal programs opportunity page please select the school year  date figure filling out the forms which box applies to you not applying for the meal program or turned in an application you plan to turn in an application but have not done so yet go ahead and select turn in application and then make sure that you get that application to your child teacher or the campus secretary after you have selected the school year at the date and your option please click on complete step 3 and move to step 4 here we have the student residency questionnaire if you would like to see this bigger please click on view full screen select all that may try to you  and here we have an red astris meaning we must answer this question then you will sign and date  once you have completed this you can exit full-screen and complete step 4 and move to step 5  if you did not answer all of the information it won't you move on to the next page so here I did not enter a valid date so I need to fix that and then complete stuff for and move to step by next we have the family survey form I'm going to view full screen to make it easier to see I'm going to enter the father from the mother  their place of employment what employed please write that here or in a select all that apply to you  and then you will exit full-screen don't forget the date or it won't let you move on to the next page once you have entered all of your information complete step 5 and moved to step six  again if you don't enter all of the information it won't let you move on I'm going to quit complete set 5 and move to step 6 again  next we have a health history page I see a pop-up box in the middle of the screen asking if I would like to complete the tisd help history I'm going to select yes I can lend you screen and I will need to select a choice for each of the following question yes or no you can also enter other medications and then you need to sign and gate you have done that you can exit full-screen and complete step 6 and move to step 7 review this page for accuracy and verify the information by clicking on the button at the bottom of the page that says submit annual current in news after I verify this page I will submit my horse and your forms and update are now complete thank you for using Skyward Family Access if you would like to select another student you will go to annual current and new student forms and select the next student that you need to fill out forms for and you'll continue the same process thank you for using family access
