National Exams (ACT/PSAT/SAT)
ACT Information:
Temple High School is offering ACT District Testing this year. Sign-up for the test will close January 15, the test date is March 10-11. Students can also register for a weekend ACT , find more information about the benefits of the test, or try out practice questions at www.act.org/content/act/en/students-and-parents.html.
Temple High School will administer the SAT for students residing in the Temple ISD attendance zone on March 26, 2026. Please contact the Temple High School Campus Testing Coordinator, Mr. Egan at 254-215-7152, if you need to take the SAT to ensure there are seats available and you get registered.
The Pre-SAT test is given to all Juniors and some Freshmen and Sophomores in advanced classes during the Fall semester. Students and families can use the results of this test to better prepare for the SAT college admissions test. The test also allows students an opportunity to qualify for the National Merit Scholarship Program and earn awards and scholarships for college. To receive your scores from the 2025 PSAT/NMSQT test, complete one of the following two actions:

Access the BigFuture® School mobile app if you provided your mobile number on test day or create/log into a College Board online account at https://tinyurl.com/yff44t6f.

Ask Mr. Egan or your counselor for a copy of your score report.
