Goals

Goals:

As part of our mission to support the efforts of District staff and administration, the Wildcat Mentoring Program has adopted three goals and three measurable performance outcomes from the TISD District Improvement Plan. They are:

Goal #1: Support TISD in Providing Kid-Friendly, Clean & Safe Schools

Measurable Outcome: An End of Year review of data from TISD reports will show improvement in behavior for mentees.

Goal #2: Provide Opportunities for All Students to Succeed & Belong

Measurable Outcome: Mentors will connect with their mentee a minimum of two times per month.

Goal #3: Provide Collaboration & Communication

Measurable Outcomes: Each Senior Leadership Team and TISD Board Member will mentor one at-risk student. The Mentor Board will maintain 10-15 Board Members.
