Returning Student Verification

Online Enrollment Verification

At the beginning of each school year, all returning students will need their enrollment information and required forms updated by a parent or guardian through Family Access.  If you do not have a Family Access Account please click HERE.

To complete the forms:

  1. Log into Family Access HERE.

  2. Click on Annual Student Online Enrollment Verification on the left.

  3. Select your child's name.

  4. Start with "Student Information".

  5. Step 1: Verify, add, or update Student, Family, and Emergency Information (a-f). 

  6. Steps 2-5: Please note there are individual forms that must be completed in Steps 2-5.

  7. Step 6: review completed status of all parts of this process.

Please note, some parts of this process must be approved by school staff.  Once you have completed all parts, click on the Submit Annual Student Online Enrollment Verification button.
