Temple ISD posts our annual financial reports online as part of the financial transparency initiative.
Transparency in public school spending means that the school district opens its books to the public so that taxpayers can see exactly where their money is going. Transparency ensures that taxpayer dollars are spent efficiently by ensuring all decisions are made in the open and on the record. For the 5th straight year, Temple ISD has received the Texas Comptroller's Leadership Circle Award for financial transparency online. The district scored 20 points of 22 possible on the rating criteria to earn the award.
